Negativnights: Momus

8 March 2012

Time: 6.30pm

Price: £5/£4 conc. / 3 tickets for the price of 2

Momus is the alter ego of artist, musician and writer Nick Currie. For the past three decades Currie has worked across disciplines creating alternate realities, distorted versions of history and imagined future civilisations and landscapes. In 2006 Currie was invited to the Whitney Biennial which saw him performing his first incarnation of the Unreliable Tour Guide, which he has gone on to perform at various international art venues and institutions. For his performance at Negativnights Currie will react to the surroundings, building and history of Edinburgh Printmakers to create a new work in this specific context.

Curated by Ross Christie (Superclub)
