Part-time Finance Assistant

Reports to: Finance Co-ordinator
Location: Edinburgh Printmakers, Bonnington Bond Office, Edinburgh
Contract: 21 Hours per week, preliminary 1-year contract. Working days are typically
Monday-Friday however the post-holder may, on occasion, need to work evenings and
weekends. Working pattern can be discussed at interview. 3 Month probation period, 1
months’ notice.
Salary: £17,163 pro rata

Finance Assistant with experience in Sage Line 50 required to join a small team in busy
office. Administration tasks as required using Microsoft Excel & Word. The ideal
candidate will have excellent communication skills and good attention to detail. Ability to
work on own initiative.

Main Duties and Requirements:
- Purchase & Sales ledger invoicing
- Process Cash Takings
- Web Sales
- Artist & Print Sales
- Credit Control
- Bank Payments & Receipts

- Candidates should have previous experience in a similar role and a good working
knowledge of Sage Line 50.
- Computer literacy is essential and the candidate should have proven experience of
working with computers, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Training will be provided where deemed necessary.
